Home WTR HUB

  • The Generosity™ Home WTR HUB produces high quality bioavailable water. This unit takes your local water source and removes all dangerous impurities and adds our Active Alkaline Technology. While most alkaline water products use inactive ingredients that lose their pH level over time, Generosity Water is engineered with natural, active bioavailable minerals that maintains it alkalinity.

    Tankless Under The Sink Design

The Generosity™ Home WTR HUB’s compact and sleek filter system with a small and convenient footprint takes up less space and saves storage under kitchen sink! No tank also means no more secondary pollution. Guaranteed to provide ultra-pure, safe and clean water for you and your family.

    1200 GPD High Water Flow

The Generosity™ Home WTR HUB can produce 1200 gallons of water per day. Its high capacity can serve the daily water needs of a large family. The water flow is fast and stable, the system can fill a 330ml cup of water in about 5 seconds.

    1.5:1 Low Drain Ratio

Thanks to advanced water-saving technology, this system maximizes the efficiency and can save your water up to 450% compared with conventional RO filter systems on market! Being both economic and environmental friendly, it makes your water bills more affordable. Over the life of the system, The Generosity™ Home WTR HUB pays for itself in water savings!

Intelligent LED Display & Quick Change

The intelligent display panel clearly tells real-time out TDS and remaining lifespan of each filter. The built-in TDS system constantly monitors the quality of your drinking water 24/7. Acting as an intelligent reminder, the color-coded indicators will always remind you to change filters in advance. With all parts included and well-organized instructions and videos, The Generosity™ Home WTR HUB’s filter can be completely installed in a few minutes by yourself.

  • Q: Why are there so many white bubbles in the water?

A: This is normal, especially during first-time use. The RO system pressurizes both water and air, making air molecules smaller and more soluble. When you dispense water, the air pressure is released, causing bubbles to form. The water may appear cloudy at first, but it's safe to drink. Let it sit briefly, and the bubbles will disappear.

Q: Why is the TDS higher at first, but normal after a minute?

A: This is due to natural osmosis. When the system is idle, a small amount of ions can diffuse into the purified water, causing a temporary TDS increase. Once the system runs for about a minute, the TDS stabilizes. Even at the start, the water is safe to drink and cleaner than that from other filtration methods like carbon or UV. The Home WTR HUB removes about 94–95% of TDS.

Q: How does the TDS display work on the system?

A: The system tests TDS every 30 seconds while running. The number you see reflects the last test result. To get a real-time TDS reading, allow the system to run for about 30 seconds.

Q: Why doesn’t the system turn on after connecting the power cord?

Make sure the power cord isn't plugged into a socket meant for a garbage disposal, as those are often controlled by a wall switch. Try a different outlet.

Q: Why is the TDS reading on my meter different from the system display?

A: TDS meters measure standing water in a container, while the system displays TDS of water in motion. This difference in method can result in different readings. TDS meters may also have testing variances or inaccuracies.
